He has 34 years of experience in representing and financing start-up companies in Silicon Valley and has been with Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati as a partner since 1979. In 1999 he co-founded Global Catalyst Partners (GCP). Mr. Schneiderman specializes in corporate and securities law, with a broad range of experience in representing the entire spectrum of emerging growth companies, from start-ups through large, growing public companies. He has extensive experience in venture capital financing, mergers and acquisitions, public offerings, strategic partner relationships, public company SEC reporting, contracts, licensing, and compensation.
