Koji Osawa of Global Catalyst Partners has over 20 years experience in investment and management of high-tech companies in Japan, the U.S. and Asia. He co-founded Global Catalyst Partners in 1999. Prior to GCP he was at Mitsubishi Corporation for 14 years, starting in 1985. Mitsubishi is the largest trading firm in the world with sales of over $100B. Dr. Osawa is on the board of Siimpel, Aquest, Verient and Reperio , and is the board observer for Miradia and Advanced Micro-fabrication Equipment (AMEC). He also works closely with Beceem Communications, Newport Media, Melodis and Ikoa. He also serves on the Board of Directors of several NPOs, Global Catalyst Foundation, Relief International - Schools Online Japan, Silicon Valley Japanese Entrepreneurs Network, Japan Technology Professionals Association and Keizai Society.
