Prakash Agarwal was President, Chief Executive Officer, and a Director of NeoMagic Corp. from 1993 until 2005. Mr. Agarwal has over 25 years of engineering, marketing, and general management experience in the semiconductor, mobile computing, multimedia, digital imaging, digital video, wireless communications, mobile TV broadcast and consumer electronics. He is currently a member of the "Industry Advisory Board" of University of Illinois, Chicago. He is a Charter Member of TiE Silicon Valley chapter and is championing TiE-UP chapter. Mr. Agarwal is also very active in local and global charities and has been a generous donor through "The Agarwal Foundation".
